The first tranche of grants for 2013, announced today by the Bank of Scotland Foundation, brings the total the Foundation has distributed to charities across the breadth of Scotland in excess of £3m*.
Launched in November 2010, the Bank of Scotland Foundation is an independent charity that receives an annual donation of £1m from Lloyds Banking Group. This donation is set to increase to £2m from 2014. Since its inception, well over 200 charities have received grants from the Foundation, including those announced today.
